# Black Holes The Reith Lectures **Author:** Stephen Hawking **Date Read:** 2019/01/12 **Rating:** 4/5 **Bookshelves:** ## My Review A short quick book with 2 of his lectures interspersed with helpful explanations by the editor. Hawkins language is rather simple. If you are looking for something that you didn’t find in any of his other works remember that this book is intended possibly as a very very brief and a very basic intro to thinking underlying black holes, so don’t expect sophisticated context and physics underlying black holes. Quick under-an-hour read.
